Property Manager & Caretaker

To Hirepool.

Today we farewelled King’s caretaker, Wayne Smith. Wayne has made a big contribution to King’s in his time here, outside in all weathers  and having to cope with  the daily frustrations regarding the management of the property…and staff. Wayne has not been your typical caretaker: he’s been quiet, unassuming, incredibly obliging and helpful. He will be missed.
